COG would really like to have some survey results for night birds. For those Atlassers who have a regular site, we would encourage you to go to that site on this evening to do a survey. Even if you have a nil return, not having detected any birds, we would still like to have a record sheet presented please. If you do not have a regular site, or are not sure of the calls, then you may wish to take a walk in the Aranda Woodland. Kay Hahne (6251 1792) has kindly agreed to lead this survey walk. Please meet Kay at the carpark on Caswell Drive opposite Wangara Street at 8.00pm. Please bring a torch each, some warm clothes and a good set of ears !! Alternatively COG members could meet at Campbell Park Offices carpark at the end of Northcott Drive at 8.00pm, to do a few surveys there..
