A day trip is planned to the Eurobodalla area, leaving late on the Saturday afternoon and overnighting at a motel on the coast, probably in Bateman's Bay. This allows a full day to explore the attractions of the area, the foreshores, local wetlands and sewage works, the Eurobodalla Botanic Gardens, Burrewarra Point, etc.
It's a good opportunity for a mid-winter day in the milder climate of the coast. Subject to cost feasibility, it is intended to travel by minibus, maximum 9 participants, plus room for small overnight bags. There will be overnight motel, dinner, breakfast and lunch costs. Jenny Bounds is to lead this excursion, but expressions of interest should be done with Alistair Bestow to express interest, ph 6281 1481. (Jenny is currently overseas, returning in the first third of July).
