Meet near the electricity substation at the end of Devonport St, Lyons. Easy walking on the track to the paddocks but note walking will be up a slope on Oakey Hill. After the recent rains this area will have freshened up and should provide a good opportunity to view the regeneration following the January fires, as well as post fire colonisers such as scarlet and flame robins as well as perhaps some late migrating honeyeaters on Oakey Hill.
